Ingredients
• 2 oz. bourbon
• 2/3 oz. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. superfine sugar
• 1/2 of an egg white
Directions
- Shake the whiskey, juice, sugar, and egg white well with cracked ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or lemon wedge.
