Made in collaboration with Chef Edward Lee of 610 Magnolia and Milkwood restaurants in Louisville, Jefferson’s Chef Collaboration Straight Whiskey pays homage to the spirits Jefferson distilled over two centuries ago. Aged in hand selected Chateau Pichon Baron French Bordeaux casks, this Jefferson’s Grand Selection combines the complexity of Bordeaux, the wood notes of American and French oak, and a premium bourbon in a delicious, complex, and balanced final expression.

Tasting Notes
