A few members of the Bourbonite Society met for a Bourbon tasting this evening! We started the evening off with a few appetizers. I enjoyed the Sazerac and a Bourbon Smash before trying flight number 2 below. Very much enjoyed each! However, the favorite of the flight was the Elijah Craig Toasted. I had been curious how the Basil Hayden Toasted was so since I think I am quite fond of the “toasted” note, I’ might make a little spurge on both! Great evening! Until next time!
